Today we have come up with a special detox drink for your daily weight loss. You can use it in your daily diet routine. It is a completely natural and healthy detox drink. This detox drink not only reduces your belly fat but also improves your digestive system.

Ingredient –

Lemon- 2

ginger – 1 inch grated

cinnamon- 2 pieces

Pepper – half teaspoon

Recipe

Take two lemons and squeeze the juice out of them. Use this juice for other uses or drink it later. But for now, just take the lemon peel and cut it into small pieces, chop them roughly. After this take ginger, peel it off, and grate it.

Now take a cooking vessel and put one liter of water in it and now put both the ingredients in the water. Now add 2 inches of cinnamon, half a teaspoon of black pepper, now boil it on high flame till softens and flavors are absorbed into the water.

When flavors are completely absorbed into the water, filter out at a warm temperature. Now let it cool down and take it out in a glass to drink.

If you use this detox drink every day on an empty stomach you will start noticing the result in 15-20 days.
