  2. Always drink water to sip. Never drink continuously.
  3. Start your day with 2-3 glasses of lukewarm or normal water. It will help to clean your stomach and you will be free from constipation. a glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. Your first thing will be to drink water after waking up.
  4. When the body is dehydrated, it cannot correctly remove waste as urine or feces. Water helps the kidneys to filter toxins and waste while the organ retains essential nutrients and electrolytes. When the body is dehydrated, the kidneys retain fluid.
